Here we're using a method called cheesing technique for the Terran Race of Starcraft 2. This type of method will target using a proxy (which means any construction developed outside your base). The concept in this case is to do this with Barracks and Reactor to rush out Marines early on.
The most important thing to consider when doing this is to be aware of where you locate your buildings so that they don't get spotted by the opponents. In case you get spotted anyway, the first objective should be not to lose your builder SCV.
If your opponent goes for an early Roach, Stalker, or Reaper rush, you might very well be at risk of losing the battle. Keep this in mind, aim to scout the region with your builder SCV to find out if he's got any defensive units or not. If he doesn't, you must go for a push.
Right here is the Build Order for this Starcraft 2 tactics:
1. Till you reach 8 cap you need to focus on building SCVs.
2. Move one SCV to the opponent base. Keep training until it reaches to that, which should be around 9 or 10 cap.
3. Look for a decently hidden and good positioned site close to your opponents base to construct a Refinery and Barracks.
4. Unless you reach ten cap, just train SCVs. And then, put down a Supply Depot and train another SCV.
5. You're going to need 50 gas just for a Reactor, so as quickly as the Refinery is completed you need to move several SCVs there.
6. Hopefully you should have enough gas and minerals to build up the Reactor for the Barracks right now. Get this done.
7. Get hold of a Bunker at the location of your proxy for additional defense.
8. As soon as your Reactor is ready it's time to begin training Marines and taking them to the Bunker.
9. The moment you reach 15 cap you must have four Marines in the Bunker. Currently you need to build an Orbital Command at your main. Do this and keep training more Marines.
10. At this time you have 2 choices available. You can either make a Bunker line into your enemy main, or do some hit-and-run attacks with the four Marines already stationed in the Bunker.
11. Always keep building at your main while still harassing your opponent frequently. If all you needed went smoothly you'll have more units than your enemy now. So simply keep pushing and ensure he doesn't have any counter units against the Marines.
Then you certainly have several possible alternatives to go on. One is to go for Siege Tanks and Marines. In that case, take some SCVs along with you for repairs, and perhaps get a few Marauders for the mix.
